About Fenwyck Heights
Fenwyck Heights is a new seniors’ independent living facility that will also offer supportive services and amenities to its residents. Located in Spruce Grove, AB, completion is expected to occur in the summer of 2023.

Fenwyck Heights stands five stories high and boasts four elevators. Studio, 1- and 2-bedroom suite options make up the total 170 suites in the building. Clean, crisp earthy décor throughout will make you feel cozy and secure. And with 24-hour staff on site, you can be assured that support is available when you need it.
